Hands up all of you who log into job boards and apply everywhere, especially with the "one touch application" that is currently being espoused on some prominent job boards.

UK workers' pay is up by nearly 2% and is the biggest rise since the financial crash, cites the Office for National Statistics in their findings as at the year ending April 2015 (source theguardian.com ). What raise in salary are you expecting? Are you ready to ask for a pay rise? Do you think you will you get what you deserve? How do you intend to broach the subject with your boss?

How to find a job
The best way to find a job is by following the steps below (in our opinion):
1) Go to a job board (like LondonersJobs.com of course - shameless plug but it just had to be done!), and search for a job and apply.
2) Find a recruitment consultant and call them every week (or every fortnight, don't leave calling them for months they will forget you!).
3) Go to every networking event in town and follow up like mad to get that ....
