We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes helping every single colleague fulfil their own unique potential, so they can help us fulfil ours. Together with Head of People and Talent Team, you will ensure that all People Operations at Revolut are carried out smoothly and effectively.


  • Coordinate employee documents, employee identification/background checks, and employee on-boarding
  • Manage probation timelines and contract end dates across the company
  • Oversee the off-boarding process and exit interviews
  • Administration of various employee benefits across different regions
  • Preparing and updating employment contracts and records related to hiring, internal transfers, promotions and exits;
  • Administration of various employee benefits across different regions;
  • Liaising with all company offices to report on acquisition metrics and talent team performance;
  • Coordinating employee visa sponsorships and maintaining a centralised archive of all relevant data and documents;
  • Attending onsite/offsite events such as career fairs, hiring conferences, and workshops;
  • Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth;
  • Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR programs and process to improve the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Liaise with Head of People regarding on-boarding and managing the logistics of the process; and assisting in any employee exits;


  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment or another relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious self-starter
